Frame of Mind Productions

history

Frame of Mind Productions was founded in 2002 when Jesse Landers and Ryan Keefe wrote a movie called The Sight. The script was finished in April 2003 and was filmed from March 2003 to August 2003, However the movie was never completed.

In our freshman year at FDR High school The FMP film editor, Chris Knight created a primitive website with primitive web hosting with the help of Casey Benefield (the webmaster of www.603bmx.tk). The Website continued to evolve and we continued making short stupid movies.

Towards the end of 2003 We printed up about 300 FMP stickers and used all the ink in Chris's printer. The stckers were plastered all over FDR and Hyde Park. There are still a few around if you look hard enough.

Before summer 2004 Version 2 of the website was released. We continued to film movies that summer. However, we had kicked Ryan Keefe out becasue he was not as active as we would have liked. We added Josh Macaluso to our crew a few weeks later.

Version 3 was released a few days after school started in September 2004. With each new version the website got better and better. Soon after we filmed John's House, The Cop, and The Cop 2. After that We had realized John's talents in acting and added him to the crew as our 6th member.

In the Beginning of 2005 The FMP Store was released soon after the 4th version of the website, which allowed you to purchase FMP Merchandise and get it delivered to your door.

Version 5.0 was released in July 2005 and is the first version to use a template system instead of iframes (web designers should know what this means). With the release of the new website came a new member, Willie Herskowitz as a lead actor to duplicate Tyler's acting skills but in a more serious manner.

In December 2005 Version 6 of the website was released. Alot of the extra content featured in version 5 was cut out, now our site mainly focuses on our movies and nothing else.
